ABOUT ME
With a qualification (BSc) from the Centre for Homeopathic Education, London in 2009 and an already flourishing practice which I set up in my second year under supervision. My primary area of work was children's eczema and my main interest is gut health, but this has broadened out into a much wider, more general practice.
I am a great believer in supporting homeopathic treatment with other disciplines to get better results, I often work alongside osteopaths and kinesiologists.
I am a homeopath with a deep passion for holistic living and a connection to nature. My journey has been shaped by a love for natural health and the wisdom of traditional systems like Ayurveda, which I often weave into my consultations through food and lifestyle recommendations.
For four years, I ran a successful food business, creating nourishing Indian dishes inspired by Ayurvedic principles. This experience deepened my understanding of the healing potential of food and the ways it can restore balance and vitality.
I live off-grid, close to nature, where my life reflects my belief in simplicity, sustainability, and wildness. Nature has always been my go-to for healing, and I’ve raised my two daughters on homeopathy, nurturing them with natural remedies and the rhythms of the earth.
Beyond homeopathy, I’m endlessly curious. I love foraging, working with herbs, and exploring natural building techniques. These interests reflect my commitment to living in harmony with the world around me and continually learning from it.
Every person is unique, and so is their path to wellness. I take the time to listen, understand, and work with you to uncover the root causes of imbalance. Through gentle, individualized care, I aim to help you feel more connected to your body, more resilient, and ultimately empowered in your journey to health.
